Hotel Østersøen is situated directly on Svaneke harbour. The old grocery building from the 17th century was in 1990 internally rebuilt in to holiday apartments by the architect of the town. Today, the holiday apartments have been renovated and the vacation begins the moment you step in to the lovely holiday apartments and the beautiful inner courtyard with fig trees, palms and swimming pool. The pictures are from holiday apartment 7 and 22 and represent the high standard for all the holiday apartments across size and placement.

In the spring 2008, all the holiday apartments have been renovated and modernized and beautifully arranged by the designer Pernille Bülow from Bornholm. The holiday apartments are among the most spectacular on Bornholm.

The holiday apartments vary in size and number of bedrooms, therefore there are there are plenty of opportunities to find the exact right holiday apartment to fit your requirements. All the holiday apartments contain new kitchen, dining area, bathroom and living room. All holiday apartments are uniquely arranged. Satellite TV and washing opportunity in the basement of the hotel by the reception. Some of the holiday apartments have direct view to the harbour, some of them a view to the harbour, others have a private garden, and all have their own area with garden furniture in the common beautiful inner courtyard with heated swimming pool.

Hotel Østersøen is situated perfectly in the middle of the town wth only 1 minute to good coffee and ice cream in Svaneke dairy, and only 2 minutes from the market place of Svaneke. There is parking ground behind the hotel.
