This lovely holiday home is situated directly on Svaneke harbour. There is a garden of 75m² belonging to the house. The garden is situated directly to the harbour.
Svaneke harbour has a lovely athmospheare with fishing- anf sailing boat.
The ground floor of 70m² containds a large living room with wood burning stove, sattelite TV and internet access. In the open kitchen, which is situated to the harbour, there is a large dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. Bathroom and lots of closets. Washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the 1st floor (40m²) there are 2 bedrooms with each 2 beds, which can be put togehter. One of the bedrooms is situated to the harbour. The holiday home accommodates 4 people. Parkeing behind the house.
