This
small summer house of 30m² is situated on
a ground of 250 m² in a very quiet area.
The house contains a living- and dining room with
a sofa bed, wardrobe, and toilet with washbasin.
The shower is situated outside the house and takes
place like in the old times. Little kitchen with
hotplates, microwave, and refrigerator. Danish/Swedish
TV and radio. South-facing terrace. 1 bedroom
with 2 staggered bunks and a wardrobe.
Accommodates 2 people, and possibly 1 little child.
Everything is sweet and relaxed - a little “beach-house”
in the middle of the town.

minute walk from the local little beach with a
small cafe and 3 tennis courts with toilet and
shower. 6 minute walk from the harbour. Parking
on the street in front of the house.
